The Content Manager has a cross-channel focus: the CM is also capable of taking care of the content management of ING's other direct channels (e.g. the management of commercial banners and sales
communication on Home'Bank/Self'Bank).
The CM's major tasks include:
- the content management of the online sales channels, particularly the internet: the CM directs the right content to the suitable channels using the appropriate content management systems;
- the monitoring of communication quality;
- copywriting (mainly for the internet channel, but equally for Home'Bank);
- analysing statistics and reporting to the various internal customers;
- contributing to Online Sales projects.
